Although there are no longer any active Indian Reservations in Texas, the Alabama-Coushatta tribes (originally from Alabama & Georgia) still own tribal land near Livingston, in Polk county, and give nature tours of the lands and operate a gift shop.
You might have better luck in Oklahoma where the Choctaw tribe operates casinos, tax-free stores, & other enterprises, among other tribes.
