I would think so, as long as you keep the phone line that the DSL is plugged into the same number and everything.

It depends on your provider. DSL does not require local or LD service and in many cases because of poor line quality etc the phone companies had to run separate lines to provide DSL to their customers anyway. Some providers now allow unbundled DSL because they found that keeping some of the business was better than losing it all. Many people looking to drop land lines in favor of cell phones, still want to have DSL. But forcing the bundling of local service was incentive enough for many to drop them both. Talk to your DSL provider to see if they offer unbundled DSL.

Yes and no. DSL is carried on the same line as your analog telephone. You have to have the phone line from ATT to keep DSL. Your only option is to get another line for telephone/long distance.
