It was made in France and the serial number is 93868. On the Clarinet it says 4 Normandy. It is wooden. I am not sure what year it was made. It has a hard black case.

A wooden Normandy clarinet would not be worth less than $300 if the pads are playable. It is one of the better student model clarinets, so that would be a ballpark price. Try starting at $400.
