Maybe he likes you but has the same fear. GO FOR IT!! you need to tell him how you feel. Best friends make the best boyfriends. (Sometimes)
If he doensn't feel the same, things will be wierd for a couple of weeks and then it will blow over or it could evolve into what you are looking for.
You will never know unless you try.
What if he really likes you but thinks that you are uninterested and then moves on and starts seeing someone else. How would you feel then?
Good Luck!

I think you should just talk to him and tell him that your friendship means a lot to you.
The best way to deal with it is to talk about it or else you'll regret it wonder what might have happened.
Just make sure you don't overload him with info.
Guys don't do too well with that.
Trust me. I've had first hand experience.

i went through the same situation, and it turned out that he liked me too, and we dated, but then we slowly drifted apart. We don't talk anymore, but it's not because we're mad at each other. All I can tell you is to follow your heart. If you think something could really happen between you two let him know, if not just wait it out and see what happens.

He could be shy...or might not want to spoil the friendship either if you didn't feel the same way...Best to tell him how you feel but to explain that if he would prefer to just remain friends, that is ok with you as you would not ever want to lose the friendship.

I would just tell him at the right time and that time will come when I am ready. I like one of my very best friends so I am actually taking my advice too.

I have had this happen before. Except he and i got close....really close. From my personal experience it's great while it's going on. But if he doesn't want to commit to you, find someone else. That's what happened with me, is that he wouldn't commit. Then he ended up breaking my heart.....so my advice is to be super super careful.

Talk to him. Ask him to be honest. You need to be able to handle the truth in case his feelings aren't the same as yours. Either way, you need to find out for sure. You could be missing something wonderful!

hi.if hes your best friend you should be able to talk to him about anything.you need to talk to him about this.if you tell him you'll find out how he feels about you. tell him your fears also, that if he doesn't feel the same way you do, you still don't want to lose him as a best friend and you don't want things to change between you.he probably feels same way about you but doesn't know how to say it. good luck.

Invite him for a nice movie at home. Kiss him! If he kisses you back, BINGO! If he doesn't, say; "Oh, O.K. Let's just be friends."
Problem solved! But DO NOT say sorry or that it was a mistake, and just act asif it never happened. That's if he DOES NOT kiss you back.
