i need to get a copy of my divorce degree from a previous marraige, where would i obtain this & from whom ??

You can get a copy from the courthouse in which your divorced was filed and granted from.

You need to contact the county in which your divorce took place and order a copy from them. You can probably apply for it on line. Just look up the court system for that area and follow the links.
