i had unprotected sex and he ejaculated 2 times in me I suppose to start ovulating today and this was yesterday and the day before could I be pregnant please tell me!

Of course there is a chance you could be pregnant since you had unprotected sex prior to ovulation because as everyone has stated sperm can live several days where as the woman's egg only lives 12-24 hours. You will not be able to take a pregnancy test yet- it will give you a negative result. You need to wait at least until you have a missed period. I would wait approx. 18 days after ovulation and then test. By then if you are pregnant your body should have enough hcg in your urine to be detected by a pregnancy test. I would also recommend trying the early detection pregnancy tests because they are more sensitive and can detect a little earlier. Good Luck!

An egg, once released is only viable for fertilization for about 12-24 hours. Sperm however, can survive in the woman's uterus for 3-5 days. So, having unprotected sex three days after ovulation shouldn't be a concern. Unless you also had unprotected sex within 3-5 days before you ovulated, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Yep you could be. Sperm can live up to 5 days if conditions are right and your cervical mucus is thin enough to allow them to move. So if you had sex three days before ovulation then yes you most definitely can get pregnant. Don't jump to conclusions though. Just because you had sex three days before ovulation does NOT ensure you getting pregnant for sure. Every cycle you have a 25% chance of getting pregnant during your MOST fertile time. Yes you could definitely be pregnant. Sperm can live for up to five days inside you depending on the conditions. But you will have to wait to take a pregnancy test. The earliest a pregnancy test can detect correctly is 5 days before your next period is due. Try EPT, I hear it's the best. Good luck!

not to be rude about this, but why are you asking the general public on yahoo? We aren't pregnancy detectors. Go get a pregnancy test and go to the doctor in about a week. However, since you were so close to your ovulation period, you have a good chance. However, just to increase your chances, what's the harm in having sex a few more times during your ovulation period? You'll have better chances and have fun while your at it! =)

I think you might be. But sometimes you ovulate late so just wait.And if you don't want to wait then just get a pregnancy test taken. Good Luck Finding out.

after a thorough exam complete with a pregnancy test i would have to say..............go buy a freaking EPT or see a doctor
