I pruned the vine last year. It has lots of vines that are growing very long and producing nice healthy looking leaves, but i haven't seen one flower yet.

Sounds like you have two things going on. One is that you are treating the vine 'too well'. Cut back on fertilizer and water until you can get some fruit to set. Over-vigorous vines will not want to reproduce. Second is that you probably have pruned off the fruiting wood. In a garden or landscape situation, it is best to 'cane prune' the vine. This involves leaving a certain number, usually 2-4, canes during your winter pruning. Canes can consist of 6-12 buds and you will need to tie them to a trellis of some type for best results. If you leave out too much wood, you will get short shoots, mainly in the middle of the cane. Some nurseries or some organizations (i.e. college cooperative extension, community organizations, etc.)give pruning classes in the winter. These are well worth taking and are invaluable. If this is not available where you live, get a book on pruning or have a trusted horticulturist come out and show you how it is done.

HAVE THEY EVER PRODUCED FRUIT? IF NOT, IT DOES TAKE A FEW YEARS BEFORE YOU GET ANY FRUIT. EVEN AFTER YOU START SEEING FRUIT, YOU MAY HAVE A YEAR WITH LITTLE OR NO FRUIT BECAUSE THE PLANT HAS TO HAVE ENOUGH OF THE RIGHT NUTRIENTS TO PRODUCE FRUIT. TOWARD THE FALL, IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO FERTILIZE WITH A FERTILIZER WITH A LOW NITROGEN, HIGH PHOSPHORUS, AND HIGH POTASSIUM BALANCE. SEVERAL GARDEN CENTERS CARRY A VARIETY OF CHOICES. JUST ASK. SOME OF THE FERTILIZERS EVEN SPECIFICALLY SAY FOR FRUIT TREES. THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. ALSO REMEMBER THAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT BEARING ANY FRUIT, YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT WELL WATERED SO THAT IT CAN CONTINUE TO TAKE IN NUTRIENTS TO HELP IT LATER ON.

Grapes grow on old growth, not new growth. You will have to wait until next year.
