If you aren't particular about colour or any logos on it, dollar stores usually feature a limited selection of blank t-shirts (mostly white). If you want other graphics or logos on them, try Old Navy and other discount stores such as Target, Walmart or K-Mart.

i go to Aeropostale but i am obsessed with that store!! they usually have 2 for $20 which is pretty good considering every other store is like $20 a shirt.

and if that is too expensive for you try Oldnavy it is great and it is own by the Gap so it gives you the expensive feeling but it keeps your wallet full.
