Don't use body soap, you need a face wash of some sort so you better save up for just that. Neutrogena makes an excellent face wash, I really encourage you to save up and buy it.

I have a few cheap ideas that will help though. Use a teaspoon or so of baking soda and mix it with water to form a paste. Use this once or twice a week to help for what is called 'disincrustation'. This helps take the top 'crusty' layer off so that your skin can function better.

If you have any lemon juice, water it down to about 1/4 lemon juice 3/4 water and apply that with a cotton ball. That will help tighten the pores back up and acts as a disinfectant somewhat. Witch hazel is better, you can get it for a couple of dollars at a pharmacy. DON'T use alcohol never, never never.

Don't squeeze them, don't pick at them. It will scar you.

Another thing I have heard from clients is that they would put toothpaste on their face at night (Crest plain white stuff) and it helped cleared up their faces! Don't know about it, but if you are broke, it's worth a try I suppose.

Another great treatment is to take an egg white and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. It helps draw the stuff out of your pores. If you have tea bags, soak them in the egg white a few minutes first. Tea of all kinds is good for your face, especially chamomile and green.

My best advice is to save up and try either Neutrogena or Proactive. They are really the best for acne.

Stop putting so much junk in your system to start with. The skin is the body's largest organ, what you put in, often comes out through the skin. Fresh fruits and vegies, lots of water will help. Also cleanse your face often to get rid of blocked pores and buildup. Using 'Zit-removers' only mask the underlying problems.

try sea breeze it's cheaper than 8 bucks. Also wash your face with a mixture of sea salt, or kosher salt , oatmeal, and water. put this mixture on your face and let it dry. once it dries wash it off and use the seabreeze with cotton to wipe your face clean.

I'm doing this now and I can't believe how it's helping.

Nature's cure works good if you wash your face morning and evening with dove soap and use nature's cure exactly as directed. It is a little expensive but it does work.
