Start using an eye cream. As we get older, we begin to lose fat under the eyes and this allows the dark marks to show.
By using an eye cream twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening. Will help moisturize this area and help tighten the skin. It does make a difference. It won't happen over night, but you will see a difference after daily use in about 4 to 8 weeks.

You could try Witch Hazel Hydrosol which is basically Witch Hazel in a water based distillate.
As an actor, the make-up artists often have to get rid of black circles under eyes, and they all swear by Preparation H (yes the hemorrhoid cream. It isn't a natural remedy though.
The closest thing us 'trying to keep it natural' guys can use is Witch Hazel which is also used as a natural hemorrhoid remedy but also for varicose veins and dry cracked skin.

I watched a TV show and the lady on there said that one of the things she noticed after eating health and drinking only water for a few months is that the Dark circles under her eyes went away.
Taking care of your body is probably the best natural way to look better.

There are several things you can do to get rid of the dark circles under your eyes. These are usually caused by lack of sleep, allergies, or genetics. You can:
1.)Drink lots of water, staying hydrated boosts blood circulation.
2.)Get more sleep, this adds color to ur skin, and also helps pump blood better.
3.)Eat a high-fiber diet,
4.)Sleep on 2 pillows
5.)Use a cold compress, like a gel mask, or a frozen spoon under your eyes.

Darken areas under the eye generally relate to poor kidney function. Try drinking a lot more water to flush the kidneys as well as getting adequate sleep.

cucumbers and tea bags (used and cooled) are the best things to relieve bags under your eyes because they can keep a cool temperature. i wouldn't but lemons on my eyes because the acidity could seep into the eyes and sting.
so basically, putting any cool thing on your eyes can help. just make sure it's not cold or freezing because it'll do more harm than good.
other things you can do: relax, get more sleep, eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and wash/massage your face regularly.

Black marks (not dark circles), I assume, means mascara or eyeliner. Use baby oil on a cotton pad, but not too much.
