Last time I heard there wasn't much oil flowing out of Iraq. Output is only about 50% of pre war levels. So much for that theory it's all about 'taking' Iraq's oil.

If it really were about oil the troops wouldn't be patroling anything but pipe lines and guarding anything but refineries and shipping areas.

Since you mentioned Bush. What are you going to have to complain about after 2008? For the past 6 years all I have heard the liberal Democrats do is complain about what Bush is doing. Never any alternatives. No new ideas. No better ways of doing things in the future. They keep deluding themselves that they didn't really lose every congressional election since 1994, that the last two presidential elections were stolen, and that they really aren't the minority party.

Bush trashed Texas, along with pissing away money on failed oil companies, so why not prolong some stupid billion dollar, costing thousands in human lives, over oil war! Don't you dare sit and give that BS about freedom speech, whos freedom and where the heck was this so called "Threat" Irag posed against us in the U.S. Way to go, thank you for joining the rest of the sheeple, now if you'll kindly keep walking toward the cliff blindly. Your so proud of this endless nightmare in Iraq, hop on a plane fly over and you join the fight, yes so go ahead and spread a bit of Freedom over there, only thing your gonna find there is, a very war torn country, greeving mothers and children over the loss of family members, due to some stupid mistake we caused bombing the wrong block! Oh wait, heres a pat of the back and an I'm sorry better you then me. Oh and did one of you remember, to bring some candy along for the kids, as a payoff to help them forget and ease their pain? So like I said, go on over and tell them your bringing them all freedom, in the form of a 10 ton bomb, or Tomahawk missile, you know we could always paint them like candy, to try and make the war a bit more sweet!

Look what's happened to the price of oil since he's been in office. It's almost tripled. It's also been reported (I forget where) that one of the purposes of the war was to keep the oil FROM flowing out of Iraq for just that purpose - to make his oil buddies richer.

Why do you people keep making up this fictitious story
about oil? Pres.Bush is the one politician trying to get
us gas-loving car owners off of the stuff and going to
an alternate source. We're not getting any oil deal by
being in Iraq.........probably just the opposite. So, get
smart and get off that untrue story.

Yep. President Bush is without a doubt a great president. He has done so much. The media just makes him up to be an idiot.
