No they are not. They only get rabies if they are bitten by a rabid animal.

Dogs are born the same way as humans, without any imperfections (in general).
The problem though with humans, as they age, is the ability to SPELL (rabees or rabies).

No. But dogs need vaccinations early in their lives and then boosters later on to prevent them from getting rabies if they are bitten by a raccoon or some other animal that carries the rabies virus.

Absolutely not! Dogs are born w/ a built in immune to disease that lasts for a few weeks to a couple of months. It's up to us to be responsible to have their vaccinations done in a timely manner.

Actually, if the mom dog has them it is possible that the baby could get them from the mother, but only if the skin was broken while playing around. or some other accident.
