I have the same problem. This lady called the cops on me the first week i was there. See what you have to do is give them a taste of their own medicine. An example is I have Icicle lights on my back porch and this lady keeps leaving notes on my door to turn them off. So I see hers on I do the same thing it stopped You can always go the direct route though. Just say hey I pay the same about of rent as you do I expect the same amount of privacy that you would so **** off and get a life. BTW that also worked for me

Whenever they ask you a question, just smile and say "Why do you want to know?". If they persist, just tell them you're not comfortable discussing it (whatever 'it' may be). If they're spying on you out of their windows, just make sure to wave every time you see them. If they still persist, start asking them all kinds of nosy questions. If nothing else, just come out and flat out tell them you don't appreciate being spied on or asked questions.

Depends on what he or she is nosy about? Just go straight to their faces and tell them that you would like your privacy, or every time you do something and she or he is watching, just turn around and wave. If she or he thinks that you don't know, maybe that will change their minds...Goodluck

Tell them to go f*** off. If that doesn't work, be nosey with them. Or, whenever they ask you questions, say totally bizarre answers, like this woman kept asking me what color was my grad dress, and I told her hot pink with huge purple pokadots. She stopped asking me questions after a while lol.
