If the Dr. says it's ok, then stop worrying! I'm sure she's totally normal, and what matters most is that she is gaining weight steadily.

My son who is now four months when he was ur babies age his bm's were like every 2-3 days. My dr. said it was perfectly normal. he has a bm about everyday now. As long as ur baby does not seem in any pain or his stools are not hard then dont worry about it.

I feel your worry. I have a soon age 7 months now. At around 2 months we would FREAK out because he would go up to FIVE days with out a BM. I would call the nurses hotline and theuy would tell me to ONLY worry if he would try to pop, or if i felt a hard lump in his lower stomache.

As your 2month old gets bigger and starts eatting more, they will poop more! Trust me!

it is not uncommon for small infants to not have a BM everyday. if you think about it, all they are consuming is milk, so they are not producing "garbage" like we do. as long as your baby is still having wet diapers as often as she is supposed to, then you have nothing to worry about. Congrats!
***please don't give your infants cyro syrup unless your DR says other wise.

as long as she is going once every five days the dr is going to say its fine or mine did anyway try giving her a little bit of apple juice everyday, that really helped my son.

The doctor should know best - but have you asked about Caro syrup? I would give mine two teaspoons with four oz and that helped them both a lot. And they love it! My doctors office told me to do that.

I don't know about formula fed babies but my breastfed baby went once a week or so at that age. Completely normal.

Every child is different and if the doc says that it is ok, do not worry about it b/c he knows her history.
