I seem to sweat noticably more heavily from my right armpit than my left even though I am left handed though. Any ideas?

Its not that bad in terms of hiding it as I don't generally sweat that much. It has nothing to do wit fans or AC. I was thinking more in terms of health problems that this would be an indicator of. How can I unblock my sweat glands?

I would wear a T-shirt underneath your shirt. This way, you don't get any pit stains.

Either you have more sweat glands in your right or the left has more blocked sweat ducts.

Maybe your right arm is bigger
