go to yahoo and look up cnet. they have new/local artists and you can download some songs on there for free and with the artists permission.

dont know any sites, but u can go to www.limewire.com and download that program and download all the free music u want

download the programs limewire,aries, or bearshare. there are 2 versions of each, the ones you have to pay for, and the ones that are free.

it is legal in canada to share and download so come to canada or find someone in who is willing to email you the songs you want
