I plead guilty to a federal offense on April 24th because of inadequate representation. I am firing my lawyer and hiring another. My sentencing date is July 26th. Is there any way I can recant my plea and plead not-guilty?

Yes... Immediately Hire Another Experienced Attorney First Of All.
You Can Inform The Judge That You Feel You Were Not Properly Counseled By Your Other Attorney & You Were Under Duress & Not Of Sound Mind At The Time Of Your Original Plea... You Can Also Always Appeal Your Conviction Granted You Did Not Waive Your Right To Appeal.

You've already pled guilty. With your new attorney, you can try for an appeal on the grounds of incompetent counsel, but since you made a plea of guilt, your appeal will probably fail.
