The reason you can you can get pregnant is that it is possible for some semen to leak out of the penis before ejaculation. (This includes "pre-c*m".) This semen contains sperm. If even a tiny bit of semen gets in even a pregnancy can happen. There a millions of sperm in even 1cc (one drop, 1/5 tsp.) of semen.
