The Wizard of Oz...It's timeless & good for all ages. Hard to believe it was written in 1899 and filmed in 1939 - the first movie in color (tied w/ Gone w/ the Wind)

Donnie Brasco. Johnny Depp was brilliant, great cast, story and direction, there was never a dull moment. It was filmed in a neighborhood in which I grew up in. I was able to relate to the characters portrayed in the movie. My favorite line... "How can John Wayne die?" Michael Madsen's delivery, in my opinion, displayed a boyish disbelief of death and maybe for a second in that scene compared himself to JW, and realized that he too, is susceptible to death - at anytime. It was his realization of his life as a wise guy, cold blooded killer. It's a fine line, maybe this is not the way of life these guys choose to live, but the only way they know how to survive, because it is all they know.
