There is no way to guarantee that you will get pregnant with a boy. But you *can* increase the odds.

The only method with any scientific backing is the Shettles method (see sources section below). However, since it has only a 75-90% success rate, you should only use it if you will be thrilled to have a baby of either sex. For highest likelihood of getting a boy, please read the *book* and not just the Web site. But the short version is have sex *right* before ovulation for a boy, and 3 days earlier for a girl. Do *not* try having sex *after* ovulation. You won't get a girl, but you won't get a boy, either--you aren't fertile then!! The egg only lives for a few hours, and by the time you know you've ovulated, those few hours are *over*.

Ignore the Chinese ovulation calendar. If they were really 99% accurate (as some claim), there would never be any boy/girl twins!! There are a number of different calendars available on the Web (and they certainly can't all be right!); I've tried at least 5 different ones, and each time, they get about half my kids right and half wrong. In other words, you could flip a coin and be just as accurate.

Good luck!!

If you have already got a few man peers begin there. Invite them over for a soccer recreation. Invite your different peers too so that you are not the one woman. Go to the institution video games and cheer at the group. Making peers with men isn't too exclusive from making peers with the ladies. Just discover a few ordinary curiosity. The feedback approximately displaying the twins/cleavage goes to draw the unsuitable sort of boy. I consider that is dangerous recommendation. By the best way it is not so dangerous to be keen on peers and institution. You are nonetheless younger and will have to be keen on institution and peers.

I read, and not sure if this works but some will say to have a boy, you need to have sex from behind. The penis will go deeper allowing for the boy sperms a "head start". Some will also say for the dad to eat fatty food, junk foods, etc. Not sure it this works but I have read this on various occasions. It wouldn't hurt to try.

It is thought that sperm for a "boy" swim faster and die quicker than sperm for a "girl". So in theory if you have sex after you have ovulated, the "boy" sperm would get there first. Sex before you ovulate, "boy' sperm would already be gone. But speaking from someone who cannot have anymore children (have one miracle) isn't every child a blessing? Be sensitive to those around you in your conversations. It is really hurtful to people who can't have any to talk about picking the sex of your next child.

I have heard of deep penetration to make a boy because the "male" sperm are not as strong as the "female" sperm and die off before they get to the egg so they say deep penetration get the sperm closer to the egg giving them better chances of reaching the egg and fertilizing it. If you go to a search page and look up how to have a boy a lot of help full stuff will show up. =0) good luck

I read in a book called GETTING Pregnant that to have a boy your best bet is to have missionary style sex with deep penetration. For a girl, missionary style with shallow penetration so the sperm comes out at the mouth of the cervix. Good luck!

There is a Chinese birth chart that shows you at what age and month you get pregnant determines what you have. I looked at past friends and myself and it was about 95% accurate. Believe it or not!

Try reading "how to choose the sex of your baby'. It's the Shettles Theory on how to conceive the gender you'd prefer.

Its a gamble .. there is no sure way to get one or the other unless you have medical intervention.

So relax and see what happens... if its another girl will you be dissapointed in your new arrival?
