I learned how to face my fears and deal with the past. I was molested for many years by a family member and I pushed it back so far in my mind that it became non-existent.....I kept having all these problems in my relationship....I then had a nervous breakdown and tried committing suicide. I started seeing a therapist and she has helped me bring those things to surface and deal with them. I no longer let myself play the victim. I know that only I control my life and my emotions.
