My girlfreind thinks I have a problem because I can have a sexual release without being touched or touching myself. I have been with her for almost twelve years and we are great together. I have told her it is just that when I look at her that way I get somewhat over excited.. We have great sex everyday, and very rarely miss a day of it. She says that I may need to see a doctor that this is not normal, im ok with it. This is the girl I lost my virginity with at the age of 25 years old. It did not seem such a problem then why would it all of a sudden be a problem now. I watch her get undressed when she gets home from work like I have for twelve years, and she still turns me on. I cannot help that I get that excited by just looking at her. Should I really see a doctor? You are either schizophrenic or have a really bad case of a gender identity crisis accompanied with a huge imagination or delusions, because according to your other questions you are a woman sometimes and then a male at times. Are you in your 30's or 50's? Do you have a husband or a girlfriend? I think you have a whole bunch to worry about. You don't need to be on Yahoo answers, Sweety, we cannot help you. Well that's a bit unusual to say the least! If you are able to have sex with her normally (last long enough, no premature ejaculation) I'm not sure you really need to see a doctor. It sounds sort of cool to me...you can jack yourself off without jacking off! I can remember that happening only a couple of times with me. Another kid brought some porn to school when I was in high school. This was way back in the 1950's when porn was illegal and few of us ever saw it. It was the first I'd ever seen and looking at it in the school library I got super excited and blasted off in my pants without even touching my dick. Another time as a teenager I was over at my best friend's house and we caught his sister coming out of the bathroom after a shower...completely nude! You don't need to see a doctor - you need better controll over your spunk.
First wear a condom, which unless you are in a monogamous relationship with someone you know is healthy and want to have children with you should be doing anyway. It will make prevent you from feeling as much, and as a result you will be stimulated less, you will take longer to reach orgasm, and will last longer.

It's normal and not unusual when you're highly aroused. Your girlfriend should make a fun game out of walking in on you naked and unaroused and see what she can do to have you hard and blowing your wad before you go at it with her. It's quite a compliment to her. Its called premature ejaculation and yes its a problem. I would make an appointment to see an urologist. Its not normal and it could affect your relationship with your girlfriend because she might not be getting the satisfaction she deserves from you.

its wierd, but you don't need to see a doctor. how could he help you with that? "well sir, these pills will help you to believe your girlfriend is unattractive and thereby reduce the rate and occurance of which you ejaculate without actual intercourse." tell your girlfriend to be happy she can still make you do that, and that she needs to get a grip - i wish I had the power to even get my guy close to that. but I do have to admit it probably is odd to witness ...
