In the Sims 1, the baby can get sooo annoying! u probably hear the baby, because it needs sumthin. to calm it down, feed it, sing to it, and play with it, in this order, do all three of these, it will eventually b quiet

because the baby isn't happy - that's why. babies cry when they are upset.
