I don't and I know a lot of people who don't either. Politics is becoming more like a game for the rich and powerful.

Politics is a load of bollocks at the best of times, and I am certainly not political, however, I do (personally) believe that as there are so many millions of people around the world who do not get the chance to vote, that those that do, should count themselves lucky to at least have that right. Also, women in this country (England) died to have the right to vote, and though not a feminist, I uphold my right. Also, seeing as we have a crap government, its hard to sit and ***** about it, if you haven't voted to make a difference.

Saying that, people like you and those you know, are actually voting with their feet, in a way, and maybe, just maybe, if governments see that more and more people are not voting, because they do not believe in the flimsy electoral promises that are made, they may actually start delivering on those promises. Its a personal and subjective decision. Interesting though, certainly in this country, masses and masses of people use the chance to vote by phone and text on reality shows, maybe because we can actually see that our votes carry some weight. Governments could learn from that, but I doubt their egos would let them.

Yes not only because people sacrifised their lives for me to be able to vote but also if the little people don't vote politics will become a game for the rich and powerful again as it used to be but at the moment we do have some say.

I always use my vote.
If you do not use your vote then things have no chance of being the way you want them to be.
People complain about everything but still can't be bothered to get out from the front of the TV to vote.
Women especially should be ashamed if they do not vote. Sufferagettes died so that you could have a vote.

No you won't be able to. So, in case you vote for McCain, you receives Palin (i understand, yet that finished cost ticket sucks) ..and.. in case you vote for Obama, you receives Biden (a a lot more advantageous decision, in my own opinion)

I do vote and think it's important that everyone does likewise. You have to be within a system to change it. So many people (women in my case, but also see catholics and non-landowning men) fought and died for the right to vote, it's an insult to them not to.

I'm from Belgium. We don't have the right to vote.
It is obliged here...
Not voting means (in theory) fines or even prison.
So yes, I vote...

I live in Spain, and no, I don't vote.

I haven't had enough information on it, how to go about it, and I haven't recieved any material to help me decide who to vote for.

If they want me to vote - do something about it... Give me some info!!! I am clueless!!!
