Well, I can't drive a car and I can't ride a horse, so I wouldn't really care.
But how are you going to have sex on a horse...?

Hey good question. I theory it would work as it has been done before. When there were no cars and then when cars were not affordable for everyone. Now everyone has a car....... or two. but there a a couple of problems that would have to be ironed out first........
The amount of poo on the road, the government would need to employ horse poo picker uppers. This would then probably get funded by increasing our taxes or introducing a horse poo tax.
You would need to tag your horse so that if it got stolen it could be traced.
New crimes such as horse jacking would happen. Its easy and the horses may get shipped to France and be sold on the black market for their meat.
Where would you put your England flags.
People would try and "pimp their horse", like putting flashing light on them, flash horse hair and even horse body paint. I think this will lead to animal rights activists going mental.
How many miles to a hay bundle can you get of a horse?
These so many things to think of. Also i am lazy cow and just like to relax in my car!!

Er, I agree with the first person. The amount of poop a herd of horses puts out is kind of awesome. With the population of London, nah, you don't even want to think about that. Bicycles or Segues would be a much better bet.

Would it stop everyone moaning about air pollution ?
The roads may get a little $hitty too.
Could you claim on your insurance if your horse ran into another horse ?
It would make life more exciting - so great idea, just take it to Ken

It would be cheaper, however you have to feed, water, and clean up after the horse, and have it checked by a vet every so often, though it would cause less pollution, which is good. However, the streets will be very smelly.

most definately. I often comment on this matter regarding earth and recycling etc. They are by far one of the safest and cleanest modes of transport. Shame it would take about a fortnight to get from one end of england to the other. Bring back the equines I say!

I wouldn't be opposed to having horses in city (id allow motorcycles too) and cars travelling from city to elsewhere.
