Give it to God and don't pick it back up,just keep telling yourself God is in control,He's taking care of it for me...But don't be like the man who prayed to God to help him get off the roof top due to a flood, three boats came by and ask the man...sir you need help.the man replied no the Lord is going to help me...So just be aware for answer to come when you allow the Lord to help.

This is a great, and very loaded question. You are the only one who can really answer this question for yourself, and the answer, if you are willing to really listen for it, comes from within yourself. I don't think anyone really knows how to completely let go of anything. Not totally. Some just know how to deal with it differently, to which we, as individuals, percieve to be a better or more effective way to do it.

Surrender. Believe that whatever is happening is supposed to happen. Once I discovered that I stopped fighting it tooth and nail.
