I would take the old lady. Not the friend, because if a friend is a true friend they will always be your friend no matter what the circumstances. Not the perfect partner, because life changes. What is perfect now may not be perfect in the future. Besides if anyone sees you putting an old lady before them they are going to think you did the right thing and will probably respect you more because of it.

Get out the car and let your old friend drive the old lady to the hospital. Then you strike up a conversation with the perfect partner. He/she will see what a nice person you are while you wait for them to return.

the old lady because the other two would be about my age so would have stronger bodies to cope with the weather but the old lady wouldn't so i would help her but then once i had dropped her off Id pick up the friend who saved my life, but not the third cause he would be a stranger and he may look great but could be anyone and unfortunately in this world you just don't know. But if he was a friend of my friend then maybe after a speaking with my friend after i had picked him up.

um my car is bi enough for all of them. So pack them up ,rive the old lady to the hospital, drop my old friend of at home and than to a nice dinner with number three. in case of being able to fit only one person in i will call 911 for the old lady wait , till they come and then take my friend home. but not before exchanging numbers with the dream guy. If he doesnt appreciate what i'm doing he aint worth picking up in the first place.
