Are tongue barbells too feminine on guys? I'm considering getting my tongue pierced. What about dresscodes? Wouldn't it be harder for me to find a job?

I've had mine pierced for 7 years and have had no difficulty getting a job. Actually, it all depends on whether you're one of those people who is constantly playing with it or not. Most people don't even notice I have it pierced unless I tell them. Also, look at the 20's generation right now. In 20 years, we're going to have doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc with piercings and tattoos if the current trend continues. Sticking with a plain barbell is great for a guy. I think the "French Ticklers" and other various accoutrement come across as effiminate. You can always put a clear "spacer" in when you go to work if your employer has a specific dress code rule regarding piercings.

Yes tongue barbells are too feminine. As a woman, I would not find a tongue piercing attractive on a man. As with most piercings, corp America doesn't appreciate alternative lifestyles. A lot of people associate body piercings with homosexuality. So unless u engage in an alternative lifestyle, then my recommendation is leave it alone.

I have got only some unhealthy feedback at the notion however total folks particularly look not to appear at tongue piercings that means. Besides, the primary folks who ever had tongue piercings have been men.

i think its hot when a guy has his toung peirced, especialy when your makin out with him lol but its a personal choice and if you want it go for it. The job part well it depends where you want to work because sometiems they won't care and its not as visable as face peircing which certain places wouldn't like so if u got ur toung peircedand went in for a job after its heeled or before you even get it let them know you have it/ plan on getting one and see what they have to say about it.

hmmmm...sexy! Most employers don't like their employees to have any visible piercings. As long as you're not walking around with your tongue dangling out of your mouth it shouldn't be a prob. Most people don't even notice my tongue piercing until I tell them I have it.

I think they're sooooooo fu*king sexy on guys! And it shouldn't necessarily give you trouble finding a job, as long as you're not distracted easily by it and constantly playing with the piercing.

I have two of them, and I have never had a problem finding a job. Actually I have my Labrett done too. It seems People are very open about it today...
Go for it, and once you do, EAT OUT ALOT (if u know what I mean!)

I think that is nasty cuz when u kissing it can get caught in the gurlz mouth...........and it would be harder to get a job cuz most jobs r lookin 4 a professinal not a lil boi with a ring in his mouth......so i think u shouldn't do that
