You cant spend your lifetime reading, bro. Most especially, medicine is a life long career and requiries all of your time.If you have a wife and kids, you have to feed and take care of them. You also have to take care of your self .Its not easy working and reading medicine at the same time.I am not saying you are not capable or you are too old.You can be what you want to be.But lets come to be realistic here.My advise to you is that if you already have a qualification, you either further it and work alongside,or just work with it.
Please I dont want you to worry too much.Take life easy

Don't let age keep you from pursuing your dreams. For most people age = maturity and this could really help you get through medical school. If you are able to handle it financially, then do it.
