You need to find the frequency that the trainers are squeaking at..
Then.......... you devise or build a tone device with an exact duration and wave pattern match (the time the squeak occurs for).
Then ....... Set the tone device at such a frequency that will either cancel the first squeak or interfere with it to a point where the resultant squeak tone is above the audiable range i.e. 20Khz +.
See...... Simple ...... isn't it?
Alternatively a ball-pain hammer and a large supply of small toads may give a result simular to the above.

Find the exact spot where it squeaks and grease it slightly with vaseline.
