I know a couple doctors (one being Dr. Mamish) who are Egyptian and their skin looks like a Caucasians skin does. They talk with an accent but that is the most obvious difference.

You mean did they? The egyptians of back then pretty much interbred with greeks and arabs and aren't around as a people (unless you count the copts).

They were olive skin colored. Pretty much like most of the rest of the middle eastern peoples.

NO they dont. They have a rather dark complexion but they are not black/ coloured. I think it's not so much the colour of their skin that doent qualify them as blacks but their rather european caracteristics.
