What do you think sharp pains in the stomache mean? I have been getting them lately, just out of no where. Also, this morning, I ran for like 1 minute to catch my train and afterwards I felt so sick like I was going to throw up. I also have been having a little heartburn when I eat just about anything. I was eating a PB&J sandwich yesterday and got it. What do you think this is?

Well me and my husband were trying to have a baby for months, kinda lost that after trying for so long and nothing happening. I dont' feel sick to my stomache when I eat something, so that's a good sign. I should probably just make a dr. appointment to figure this all out... thanks for the responses I got so far!

Sounds like it could be the starts of a stomach ulcer. I used to have heartburn, belly pains, and nausea after eating a plain piece of toast or even drinking water. Talk with your doctor. Also try to increase the amount of water you drink. Hydration is important, especialy with the heat outside (considering that you live in a warm climate).
Try taking Pepcid or Zantac when you get out of bed for a few days. If that doesn't help, call your doctor and discuss it with him/her.

It could also be a sign of a gall bladder attack. I started having pains like that a few years ago and they kept getting worse. No one could figure out what was wrong. All tests came back negative. Then the pains got so bad I couldn't breathe. I had pancreatitis and gall stones.

it depends what part of your stomach is hurting.... it can range from a simple case of heartburn to something more serious like an ulcer...you should get it checked out just in case

I am no expert but I would suggest you go see a doctor and let him/her determine if you have something minor or something that needs attending to.
