when ever I had a dream about fighting some one, it was always in slow motion. like I could barely hit the person. lets say I jab at the face, Id miss and it would go right past them, and if Id run after them, Id run as fast as I could but would stay in the same place

recently I had a fighting dream but this one was different.
it was like a real fight. I beat the crap out of this guy for the whole dream. he hit me, I hit him, it was like one of those fight club scenes

that has never happened to me like that
think it could me anything

To me all your fight dreams mean that you are trying to reach something and you are not able to. This last dream of yours means finally you will achieve your goals.

Good Luck.

First of all, when you say whenever you had a dream, you tend to have slow motion and barely hit the person.. that shows one thing of character.

You are the person who do not want to hurt others. It may mean you are afraid of break through of many chances, like jobs, school, chances such as asking people out, socialize and so on. You hold back..

Recently you had the dream totally different. Unconsciously, you are telling yourself you have to break through those obstacles. So, in your dream, you finally did it. That could means that deep in you consciousness, you want to break through your shyness and you regret not able to doing it in the past. And you are telling yourself to do it...

This is only my interpretation. I am not sure if this is correct. But, if you see too much martial art movie, that could well contribute it to the dream. Could The Matrix be one of the movies you saw? (for slow motion)

I have dream book called: 10,000 Dreams Interpreted by G.H. Miller so I looked up some of the specifics of your dream:

the like-fight club fight when you actually fought: It says the fighting between the two of you means you will become involved in a social difficulty wherein you will be compelled to make apologies or else lose friendships.

well i'd say you gained confidence in yourself maybe recently because you control your dremas because its your mind that creates them in the first place. When you miss or loose fights you might have had low esteeem. i used to have dreams whereby ghouls and monsters would be terrorising me and I'd wake up in a cold sweat scared to either sleep or stay awake. Some things happened in my life where i satrted being more confident and strated speaking out against things I did not beleive me slowly my tormentors became my victims of course at firts i'd run and then get tired of running and have a real face off with them. Mind you Jet Li has nothing on me:)

it depends on the fight results at the end who was the winner if you hit him more than it shows you would come over your problems, and if he hit ya more than be-careful and problem may arise.
my advise to share your dreams only if they are positive, sharing bad dreams could turn it happen in reals ... cheers
