depending on age, one thing if is to through a "fancy dress" party. Pick a theme and go with it. Monster, Superhero, Political figure and so on. On the other hand, you could do this for any age! Trust me, its a blast and people love to dress up!

Lets see no themes thats stupid first to decorate tiki lights and hang them all outside then people at least 20-30 of their closest friends then lots food even ask people to bring stuff also big house in the yard though that way it'll look good
