The food you ate the day before has been digesting all night. If you don't want to deal with this try doing all your eating by 11 am and you will be done pooping by 7 pm and will have your mornings to do other things.

That's just the way that your body works. Your intestines collect the poop in your rectum while you sleep. Morning poop is a good reason to take a shower right after that, or you will have a dirty butt all day.

Because it takes awhile for our bodies to breakdown all the waste products from the day and they have to travel through your system til you have to poop. It probably happens alot sooner than the morning, but you are asleep so you don't realize it.

Our bodies have processed and used up everything they need to from dinner the night before. Our poop is what is left over and needs to be disgarded.

Because it has been 6+ hours since the last time... For the same reason, it is important to eat in the morning: we tend to forget it, but sleeping takes a loooooooot of time.

Because your body wasn't ready to do it, before you went to sleep....silly...
Your system is regulated by what you eat, and when you eat it.... it takes the same amount of time....to get thru your system.....no matter what......(unless you're sick) and ....be happy you don't have to "carry it" around all day...........
