Coffee helps at first, but I tend to crash afterwards. Help!

Ok, not that I recommend doing this frequently, but 12 hour sudafed usually will keep me up, but not hyper for the full 12 hours (which is why it is a BAD idea to take it at night, as I found out once a few years ago).

Coffee and sugar will make you crash. Good luck, and I hope you get more sleep tonight!

I was up for 24hrs straight and had to work the next day. I just got a venti frappuccino from Starbucks with 6 shots of espresso. I was good to go for the next 8 hours. Then I crashed, but it helped me get through the work day.

Try some of those energy drinks... they work for me. I usually don't crash until hours later when I have them...

I like Rock Star brand.

Eat some fruits or an energy bar. The best thing to do is go to bed earlier!

Keep drinking coffee and eat anything that contains lots of caffeine.

Ok I did this when I was in nursing school and didn't get much sleep....take an antihistamine with a decongestant in it like sudafed.
