Well, personally, every1 aspires to be rich, to have untold wealth. It attracts potential 'companions', but they are likely to be after your wealth. So much money can make you lose track of reality and lose grip on life. You become obsessed. you then want more. Anyone with wealth will in all likelihood not donate to charity, with some awe and wonder inspiring exceptions. We build up uneeded wealth which would do much more helping the poor south rather than rotting away in banks or on 10 cars and 5 pools. However, if you don't do this, you are admirable. if you use it for the greater good. like the that poor women who won £12M and still lives in a terrace. That's true wealth.

Wealth is not measured in riches but in friendships. That's what counts.

Adv :
Lots of money means all play and no work. Life is like knife through soft butter. Life is at top speed on a freeway !

Disadv : You will loose yourself. Sorrounded by synchophants. Human emotions like love, romance will loose their meaning . nothing is forever. When you loose the wealth you would loose this gold plated life too !

Since you did not mention money, if it is money you get invest wisely. Give to the poor and the needy , the unfortunate homeless. feed the hungry. wipe all the tears you can. Donate to charities who look after the old and the orphans. Tomorrow when you have no wealth - you will still have a lot of good wishes in your bank account ! this will be the greatest wealth you will ever have.

Its pretty hard to aquire enormous wealth without shamefully exploiting people or shamefully exploiting the Earth or both. In that context ther are no advantages that are worth it.

No amount of charity can buy back the ruined Earth nor the trampled lives that are left by the wayside.

when one is rich, people concider that person to be fortunate.yes, it is true that ,that person can but what ever money can buy.but most of the things in this world cannot be bought.Things like love, respect and dignity are priceless.however the biggest problem with having enormous wealth is how to control and maintain ones wealth.the wealthy person automatically has created a certain high and usually extravagant lifestyle and needs to maintain this at all cost. This i hope you will agree with me,is a difficult thing to do.
A wealty person stands the risk of being seen as a selfish and wicked person if he does not do what his/her community expect from him/her.
saying all this i strongly believe is better to be rich or wealthy than being poor.we must seek and creat wealth, but equally important is for every rich person to strive to meet his/her responsibilities, without this there is no sense in being rich.
