My boss is a world-class jerk. He rewards the slackers and puts all of the work on the high performers. He should be relieved of his duties.

My boss is great. I have worked here for 3 years and it is a very comfortable laid back place to work (most of the time). Everyone has thier moments, but for the most part I cannot complain. (Small company... Work for owner). I would reward her/them by telling them to take 2 weeks off. I can take care of the company.

My boss is cool, but very insecure. I would reward her with the knowledge that she is well liked and respected in her job.

I am my own boss - and frankly, I'm the best boss I ever had. My boss lets me make phone calls for business poolside, which is where I'm headed today!

My boss is cool. He is really laid back and is easy to get along with. He is also sympathetic to people's personal problems!

MY BOSS IS THE DEVIL!!!!!!! he's cool on occasion annoying at other occasions but we really do call him the devil
