If you mean human infants, there is no "best" gender. Neither one is any good without the other during the course of life. However, at this time in history, if one looks at Western Society it appears that boys are in shorter supply than girls. That means in order for monogamy to continue to work for everyone, more males must be born to keep up with the abundance of female births. Many males are lost due to more sensitive physical constitutions during infancy, social violence and wars.

If you're speaking in terms of babies, neither is better than the other. They're both human beings just different sex. Besides we have no say if it should be a boy or girl, God decides that all on his own. I'd be happy with either one.

There is no best. first it can only be better. The second part is each have values. What traits do you want more? I personally like girls better because they can multitask. men can't. My wife, I am borrowing her address, likes men better because they are simpler to understand, more direct and less vicious. Jess4 has overlooked the MASSIVE imbalance of Males in China, due to the single child policy.

Couldn't tell ya, boys are best cause they are strong and fearless, most are anyway and they don't let emotions get in the way too much, like girls do.

Boys, because they love their mamas! They don't pitch hissy fits and are much more easy-going than their sisters. They aren't catty or vindictive, either.
