Personally I don't think a person should have sex before the age of 16. But once you reach that age anytime you feel most comfortable.

u should, if u can, wait til ur married and mature or find a guy that is really into u and cares about u and not just tryn to get in ur pants. a guy that is ur friend, that ur close with but also like. if i could i would have waited for my boyfriend that im with now, cuz sex with love is undescrible! and our love has manifested itself into a baby boy!

nowadays even the youngest of teens have sex at the early age of 12 or less. because of the growing pan of the media hype. kisd can get exposed to every sex video, print... what have you.
the best age to have sex is when:
"YOU'RE MATURE ENOUGH TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS FOLLOWING CONSEQUENCES".

If you have to ask this question then if is a fact that you are not ready for sex.
When the time is right you will know, and you will want to do it with the one you care the most for.
