I bought my son a new 07 dynasty. He used it yesterday in practice for the first time, he hit probably 30 pitches total and the bat has about seven dents in it already. Is this normal for the dynasty? He has used andersons and demarinees and they have never dented. He plays 10 year old little league the bat is 28 inches and 14.5 ounces just wanted to know if this is normal or should i return the bat?

You should return the bat. I myself have a 07 dynasty (-3 high school) and it hasnt dented yet seeing 70-80 mph pitches. If the store owners refuse to refund your purchase, you may want to try calling the Louisville Slugger Co.

I'd return it...(UNLESS HE IS HITTING ROCKS WITH IT)...you should be able to get your money back or credit towards a new bat..that is NOT normal...not for the $200 you dropped on it..
