Besides Silver, does Cu, Zn, Hg and other heavy metals have bactrericidal properties? if so what are the other metals

Copper is known to have antibacterial properties and is a common antialgal agent in swimming pools. Zinc salts can act as antifungal agents, usually in paints, but zinc oxide is used in ointments to treat diaper rash. Mercury salts have been used as antibacterial and antifungal agents.

All metals reduce the growth of bacteria due to the free electrons flowing about.

Most do, but a lot are toxic to the host as well so they're not the best way to go.
