Do something for her that would truly surprise her (in a positive way). Cook her dinner. Make her a card. Buy her 2 dozen roses. Tell her on the big screen of a ballgame. Take her out for a nice dinner, get down on one knee, present her with some sort of jewelry, and tell her how marrying her was the best thing that ever happened to you, and so on. Just be creative. You can do it. You know you're wife the best. You know deep down what she would like. You've just got to sit down and really think. Good luck, Romeo!

You have a lot of good advice here already, Just keep in mind most women appreciate the attention from a man not the "mauling". You married her so you would know best what she likes, use that information to find small ways to let her know that not only are you aware of the fact that she is alive, but you rejoice in sharing that life with her. A simple kindness says "I love you" better than anything physical.

i know the situation, when the guy onelly knows how to tell her he's still in love is by making love. my fiance did the same thing. but that's over now that he's explained what is in his head and what he does for me except sex. of course it was extremely hard for him to say i love you. even now he says it without thinking it is something necessary since he does so much for me. from what he said i can give you some advice. for instance, you should let her know you like the things that she buys you like clothes, and more importantly warring them more than once. buy things that she likes when you have a night alone away from the kids and watch a movie together like you are teenagers all over again. show your interest in what she says about her friends, the right kind of interest. you can show that by remembering her fiend's name and some stuff about her. but not in the way that would make her suspicious, just to see that you know who she's talking about. show interest in helping her with her problems with her family. i know it's a tricky subject and maybe you hate you re mother in law but try... talk to her about what you want to do include her into your plans and don't think she shouldn't know because she might worry, if you haven't lost your job it's OK, she'll be happy to help.
i hope it will help you

Try to find out what one of her dreams is, sometimes it can be really small, something she has not done before, like a candle lit bath or dancing under the stars, riding a horse on the beach, that sort of thing. My hubby did little things for me when we were going out that to some people meant nothing, but to me meant the world. Hope this helps xx

talk to her and tell her how you feel, buy a card and write it down, buy her a gift or flower, take her somewhere special and tell her you love her. You could make her dinner, draw her a candle light bubble bath, rub her feet at the end of a long day. Take some of her chores, do the things on your "honey-do list".

Tell her that you love her. Take her somewhere that is simple yet romantic where you will be better able to say how you feel...Write her a letter even and put it where you know she will find it...Be honest and romantic do something that you've never done before to show her how you feel.

Let her know that the world does revolve around her and you will be the happiest man on earth in and out of bed. It's worked for my husband for the last 23 years.

Just simple gestures......leaving a note on her pillow before you leave.........making the coffeepot in the morning........planting her a flower garden...........saying i love you............asking if she needs help with housework..............having a dinner fixed one night when she gets home (if she works)...........paying for her to go to a pamerping salon..........if you have kids, take the kids to playground or something for a couple of hours for her to have some "alone time to herself"............meet her for lunch somewhere where you ate when you were dating...........being a wife myself, just basically any little thing that you do will say i love you!!!
