Grandmas, Aunt Bettys, Sisters,,,, NOT on YOUR vacation.....
No offense but the child won't know,,,or likely care, and you will NOT strictly have a VACATION.
Gads,,, I suggest in reading the last sentence, that you put off long range trips, and focus for now, on things like health, budget, getting ready for the next child, etc.

disneyworld is probably your best bet if you don't maind spending the money, you can also get packages that will allow you to save money on other disney parks as well, sea world and animal kingdom would be great places to take a toddler (i have an almost- 2 year old too and i know she'd love that stuff!) and the beach isn't too far. I disagree with the mindset that a toddler would ruin your vacation. We took Aubrie camping at the beach last year (Asstateague Island, Maryland, another great choice for an inexpensive family vacation if you are into camping, -$120.00 for an entire week-, he'd love seeing the horses for sure!) and we had so much more fun than we would have without her, we're headed there again this weekend, toddler in tow. Sure it's more work, but as a parent of a toddler you know you'd have no less work if you stayed at home bored all summer.
Below are some links to sites, 2 offer toddler traveling tips and one is a site from Disney describing the best places for toddlers. I'll include the assateague link as well.
As for being pregnant, you can still travel in your second trimester, but talk to your Dr. about any specific precautions she wants you to take. she may want you to stop/get up more often, wear special support hose, etc. and she'll make you drink more water than normal for sure. Also, make sure you map out the nearest hospitals along the travel route if you are driving and know the nearest hospitals to each area that you are visiting, just in case you should have any problems, god forbid. Good luck and HAVE FUN!

you would do not have any problem making a reservation at Disney or just about the different holiday spot 4-6 weeks ahead. (An expedia search for of a random 7 day era in mid-July became up only about 500 lodges with rooms obtainable.) besides the undeniable fact that, i do not imagine i'd recommend Disney international in July -- too warm and crowded for a preschooler. DisneyLAND will be an decision. Or any style of beachy position -- both the sea or a lake. youngsters this age regularly love the sea coast. Or evaluate a city-damage -- enormous cities like DC, enormous apple, San Diego, Boston and Chicago have baby-pleasant museums, zoos, and massive parks the position youngsters can run round. And the inn can likely provide the call of a good babysitting provider in case you and hubby favor to bypass out one nighttime for an staggering dinner and/or a instruct.

Walt Disney World is a fun place for kids, if you haven't been there, they have a place for small children. They can play in Mickey and Goofey's house. They have rides for small children and you can ride with them. A child that young just likes hands on activities too. If you go to the beach with him, you wont let them get into the water because the waves are scary. We went to the beach, and I was afraid to let my 4 yr old in the water because the waves try to pull you back into the water. They will knock you down. But it was fun finding shells with him.

As the rev says, leave the little nipper at home. Sucks to have to adjust everything to his schedule.
You could always go to a campground if you must take him with.
