Depends on what style or genre you like.
I like sci-fi/action stuff so Ghost in the Shell is on my watch list.
I like the Boondocks, because, well.... Huey and Riley are just too funny.
Justice League Unlimited because a lot of their episodes are really well written even if they do change a lot of things from the original comic book version.
