Hi, I think its always good to wear high heels since it helps one have a good posture. Unless a person is too tall, or old enough that it will hurt and cause pain to wear high heels. For some people it doesn't necessarily have to be high heels just a heel- ex: 1 1/2 inch heel.

When your ankles start swelling due to other health problems.

Or, never wear really high ones. Go for the pumps and only wear heels on special occasions (if ya know what I mean ;)

hi! I did a learn on height and a brilliant style of ladies who're short placed on heels for the peak. yet once you have already have been given bunions and hammer feet i think of you're wearing the incorrect heels. you will desire to have the potential to get ones that extra wholesome you correct devoid of squashing your ft and inflicting you issues. Pointy feet are an exceedingly undesirable concept- sidestep them whether they look fab! additionally sandals and footwear that your ft circulate approximately in are undesirable because of the fact they convey muscle imbalances. in case you opt to speak in extra element purely touch me by way of my profile!
