Buy one of those web server text books. It is the only place that you will get clear step by step instructions on how to set up a website.

Yourself can be a good teacher. Just get Microsoft Office Publisher and explore the program.(The help section is helpful).Or you can use Yahoo! SiteBuilder, wich might be better for you. But you have to by to publish your website with both of them.
