Try doing the warm/system reset which is holding the "up" button (or whatever button will be recognized as "up" direction) and keeping it held, poke a bent paperclip into the reset hole. Once you see the Palm logo splash screen, release the up button. Normally, this can temporarily allow you to get out of the reset loop.

and see if you can at least get out of the reset loop before you do anything else.

A good idea is to make sure you get rid of all these programs from the Palm. You can use something like a file manager program like FileZ

Or, a simpler way is to use Destaller Lite, an uninstaller application that can remove all files associated with a particular program.

Unzip the zip file and install the .prc file

Then, remove all those programs that you installed in that one installation that caused your problem.

Or, of course, like someone has mentioned, do a hard reset, which will wipe everything out and restore it back to factory settings and condition. If you do so, make sure you rename the "Backup" folder in the computer (if in Windows) to something else like "Backup-old" or whatever. That way, you still have a copy of everything should you need it.

Better next time to at least get a backup program like RescoBackup or BackupMan or BackupBuddyVFS which backs up everything onto the SD card and do a back BEFORE you install any new programs so that if you get into trouble, you can restore it back exactly the way it was before you did the install.

persist with the 650. that's lots greater sturdy. the factor you get carry of to appreciate approximately PDA telephone is they crash merely approximately for all time. The older kind is often greater subtle and furnish you with much less difficulty once you're utilising it. because of the fact the cell telephone functionality is a lot greater used than the PDA functionality your superb guess is to circulate with reliability. meaning the Pocket pc 700w is unquestionably out as that's fairly unreliable and plan old sucks.

One option is to do a hard reset which will wipe everything on the phone including apps and data. You can then restore data from your most recent back up.

The other is to update the firmware and applications for your particular service provider which will wipe the unit clean. You can then restore your apps from your most recent back-up.
