If you already paid the last months rent then you should not have to pay anything the month your lease is up and as long as you stuck to the contract and no damage is assessed you should get your deposit back. You should look at your copy of the lease agreement. All these things should be outlined.

If you are planning to renew your lease, then yes, you have to pay rent. But if you are planning to move, then speak to your super or the owner to live out your last month security and give them at least a months notice that you will be moving.

I wouldn't think you'd have to pay it if you were moving out. If the lease is renewed, you probably would have to pay. All the pay offs are usually done when you leave. Why don't you just check with the manager.
