remove that icon and all the contents in the prgram apparently it may be an attachemnt form a download recently or.. a plugin of sorts.. who loaded ur comp ? one who loaded the software shoudl be authentic or you can try afterwords to uninstall and reinstall the saoftware for authenticity.

I have the same problem.. on the bottom of your screen the little star balloon right click on it and click on ' notification settings'.Then a screen should pop-up and you can make it so the thing never pops up again.But you will always get that pop up at the start of windows tho no matter what.

Select your country and download the program called Spybot S&D. This is the greatest free program on the market. It removes spyware and adware that violate your computer and add things like that icon thats bothering you. Spyware tracks your computer and sends the info to a 3rd party.

When you go and download windows update, to get the latest updates. There is one update, that can tell whether or not your using a legal or illegal copy of windows. So either you got a nasty virus or your using an illegal copy of windows.

you need to buy a illigal Windows XP.i also have the same problem before.or just re-format your computer then dont update your windows so microsoft cant detech your OS.
